We want to thank you for your continued support in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The last two years have been tough and we really appreciate all the adaptations businesses and organisations have made to help keep their staff and customers safe.
There are no longer legal requirements, however it is important we continue to take precautions in order to limit potential transmission of Covid-19 for the sake of public health, to support our recovery and to avoid absences and operational issues.

We know businesses are facing significant challenges in the current economic climate and we want as many businesses and organisations to be operating at full capacity as possible. This is why we continue to ask people to show Covid sense, risk assess and take sensible precautions to protect themselves and others.

We have updated the Safer workplaces and Public settings guidance to include detail on the Covid Sense signage scheme. This voluntary pilot scheme will run until the end of August. It allows businesses and organisations across Scotland to download and display signage that will let their customers, staff and visitors know which protective measures they have in place in their buildings. We also continue to encourage use of the Distance Aware Scheme and the Covid Sense marketing assets including posters.
