Valencia to Host 10th International Nightlife Congress and 9th Golden Moon Awards

The event will be held together with the 5th Spanish Nightlife Congress.

Security, coexistence, sustainability, tourism, and the future of nightlife will be some of the topics addressed in 9 roundtable discussions.

It is a pleasure to announce that Valencia will be the host city for the 10th International Nightlife Congress and 9th Golden Moon Awards gala, which will be held on November 20 at the SH Valencia Palace Hotel. During this event, the list of ‘The World’s 100 Best Clubs 2024’ will be revealed. This international event will coincide with the 5th Spanish Nightlife Congress (CNON), which will take place on November 19, 2024.

This global triple event celebrates excellence, innovation, and safety in the nightlife industry, bringing together leading figures worldwide to shape the future of nightlife.

Both the national and international forums were created to address the urgent need for a comprehensive space for debate on key issues impacting the future of the sector, such as nighttime coexistence, various regulatory frameworks across regions and countries, sustainability, safety, and the role of the ‘night mayor,’ among other topics.

As in previous years, these congresses will include presentations, roundtable discussions, exhibitions of new products and technologies, and sessions that encourage debate, reflection, and sharing of concerns, demands, and solutions to the different challenges the sector faces every night.

In said congress sessions, there will be different panels with renowned players in the industry to discuss to discuss current topics of interest, such as: 

1. Formulas to Promote Safety and Harm Reduction
2. Health Protection and Sustainability in Nightlife
3. Nightlife and Culture: The Rise of Nightlife as a Cultural Phenomenon

Thus, the topics that will be addressed in a total of 4 roundtable discussions during the 5th Spanish Nightlife Congress on November 19th will be as follows:

3. Why Should a DJ Performance Be Considered Legally Live Music?
4. Marketing and Branding in Nightlife: Key Aspects in the Promotion of Nightlife

After the conclusion of the Congresses, the Golden Moon Awards gala will take place, where the list of ‘The World’s 100 Best Clubs’ will be revealed. 

Finally, the event will conclude with the 9th edition of the Golden Moon Awards, honoring venues, companies, and institutions that have excelled in the nightlife industry during 2024.

As part of the Golden Moon Awards, the highly anticipated list of The World’s 100 Best Clubs of 2024 will be revealed. As you already know, 420 clubs from 65 countries compete for a spot on this prestigious list of top nightlife venues worldwide. The public voting is now open on the International Nightlife Association’s website.

The most coveted Golden Moon Award for the World’s Best Club 2024 will be presented to the club leading the list of The World’s 100 Best Clubs.
