The Night Time Industries Association supports its members and partners to deliver inclusive business models for customers, their workforce, aspiring artists, and creatives. We have created a public ‘Call to Action’ to encourage best working practices and promote a diverse and inclusive culture through education, awareness, and driving our own initiatives for change.
We want to attract, retain, and support the growth of diverse talent and help our members foster an inclusive culture that allows everyone to thrive!
Participants will join the NTIA in our Call to Action and pledge to encourage organisations, businesses, and individuals to commit to working on two or more challenges in the next 12 months. We aim to improve inclusion and diversity in the industry within our three key focus areas: Industry Culture Experience, Talent, and Regulatory Landscape.
THE NTIA AND WELLBEING
As well as diversity and inclusion, the NTIA will be focusing on supporting the wellbeing of those within the night-time industry. We want to bring together real solutions and pathways for support, not just by identifying what that looks like for individuals but also helping businesses to learn how to reach out, manage and support their people.
